Fast & Furious 2009

Fast & Furious is the latest film in the The Fast and the Furious film series, the fourth produced but sequel to the first and second, and prequel to the third film.

As an interquel, the film is currently in post-production and is scheduled for release in the United States and Canada on April 3, 2009. The plot connects with the original film of the series from which Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, Michelle Rodriguez, and Jordana Brewster are reprising their roles. Tyrese Gibson and Sung Kang will reprise their roles from the second and third films, respectively.

Plot:

Heading back to the streets where it all began, they rejoin Letty (Michelle Rodriguez) and Mia (Jordana Brewster) to blast muscle, tuner and exotic cars across Los Angeles and floor through the Mexican desert in the new high octane action-thriller.

When a crime brings them back to L.A., fugitive ex-con Dom Toretto reignites his feud with agent Brian O’Connor. As Brian is released from prison, he teams up with Dom to work with the feds to bring down a heroin importer by infiltrating his operation. But as they are forced to confront a shared enemy, Dom and Brian must give in to an uncertain new trust if they hope to outmaneuver him. And from convoy heists to precision tunnel crawls across international lines, two men will find the best way to get revenge: push the limits of what’s possible behind the wheel.
